DAPA Chamber Music Program
If the music's in you, let us bring it out. Beginning and intermediate music students of all ages and skill levels can join our Chamber Music program with the goal of advancing to our prestigious DAPA Chamber Orchestra. Students will train under professional musicians with opportunities to perform at both formal and informal venues, including some paid performances.
Students involved with The DAPA Chamber Orchestra are trained by one of the area's most skilled conductor, Dr. Raymond Sidoti, who has led past students to studies at prestigious music schools across the country. The DAPA Chamber Orchestra is a professional training ground for highly motivated, disciplined students who want to excel in the musical field.
Chamber Music Program Participation
If you're interested in our Chamber Music program, rehearsals are once a week at various times depending on instructor schedule. Placement is at the discretion of the instructor, and there is a $150 fee per year to join.* For more information, please call 605-334-7552 or info@playhardwithdapa.org.
DAPA Chamber Orchestra Participation
If you audition for and are admitted into this high level music program, rehearsals are held Sunday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 at Central Baptist Church. Cost is $150 per year.* For more information, please call 605-334-7552 or info@playhardwithdapa.org.
*Financial assistance and scholarships are available. Tuition includes all music and a DAPA t'shirt.
